Maple Roch was founded by retired RCMP officer Roch Fortin to support the skilled maple-producing families he worked alongside in Northern New Brunswick. Since 2012, the company has grown from six barrels to a full line of sustainably packaged maple products, operating as a social-enterprise model that supports both the environment and community employment. Produced from select maple trees grown in a unique soil composition, their maple syrup is top line in quality, richness, and taste.

Ingredients:

• Water, vinegar, mustard seeds, organic maple syrup, spices.

Instructions: Use the mustard as a marinade, a dip for pretzels, as a glaze and more.
